Freeway work impacts California's 605 and 405 freeways

In what has been dubbed a "Mini Carmageddon" by news outlets, the southbound connector ramp from the 605 Freeway to the 405 Freeway has been shut down, and will be reconstructed.  This construction will make room for a new carpool connector lanes, as well as additional lanes on the 405 Freeway.  Motorists will have to detour onto major surface streets through Long Beach, Rossmoor and Seal Beach.

"Carmageddon II" will take place later this year when the 405 Freeway is again shut down in both directions between the 10 and 101 Freeways.

These events won't stop us.  Cal Ocean Trucking provides daily freight delivery services throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties, as well as all throughout Southern California.
