Worldwide Airport Freight Down in February

Statistis compiled by the Airports Council International found that airport freight around the world fell 6.3% in February.  January saw a total 5,253,800 metric tons of freight traffic at airports across the world, while that number dropped to 4,732,100 metric tons in February.  The country that saw the biggest decrease was Africa, with a 16.2 % decrease.  Countries in the middle east saw a 9.0% increase, which was the only increase seen.
